Are your instruments ready-made or custom-made?
All our instruments are custom-made to order. Once you place an order, our craftsmen begin building your instrument from scratch to ensure the best quality and finish.

How long does it take to make and deliver my instrument?
• Manufacturing Time: 5–6 business days (excluding Sundays & holidays).
• Shipping Time: 3–7 business days within India, 7–21 business days for international orders.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Since we start production immediately, cancellations after 24 hours are not possible.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our instruments are custom-built, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos, and we’ll resolve it with a repair, replacement, or refund.

What should I do if my instrument arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please:
1. Take clear photos/videos of the packaging and product.
2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll review the case and provide a solution (repair, replacement, or refund).

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide 🌍. International delivery times may vary based on customs clearance in your country. Customs duties or taxes (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email/WhatsApp/message. You can use it to monitor your shipment until it arrives.

What materials do you use for your instruments?
We use premium-quality wood, heavy-duty buttons, imported parts, and mirror acrylic finishes (depending on the model). Every instrument is handcrafted with precision and durability in mind.

Do your instruments come with a bag or case?
Yes ✅ most of our instruments come with a padded gig bag or protective carry case for safe transport and storage.
