ensuring you receive an instrument that is freshly made, carefully tested, and

This shipping policy outlines how our order processing,
production, and delivery work so you know exactly what to expect when you shop
with us.
1. Order Processing & Manufacturing Time
- Each
order placed on our website is made-to-order. We do not keep ready
stock, as every instrument is uniquely crafted for you. - Once
your order is confirmed, our craftsmen begin the production process. - Manufacturing
Timeline: 5–6 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays). - During
this period, our team ensures that your instrument undergoes: - Material
selection (using premium-quality wood, metal, and imported
components). - Handcrafting
and assembly with precision. - Quality
checks for durability, sound clarity, and finish. - Please
note: Since products are handmade, slight variations may occur, which add
to the uniqueness of your instrument.
2. Shipping & Delivery Time
- Once
your product passes our final inspection, it will be dispatched within
24 hours. - Domestic
Orders (India): Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days
depending on your city/state and courier service availability. - International
Orders: Delivery timelines vary depending on destination country,
customs clearance, and shipping partners. Typically, international
shipping may take 7–21 business days. - We
use reliable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your
instrument.
3. Shipping Charges
- Within
India: Standard shipping charges may apply based on your location and
product weight. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions. - International
Shipping: Charges will be calculated at checkout depending on
destination and weight. Customs duties, taxes, or additional fees (if
applicable in your country) are the responsibility of the buyer.
4. Tracking Information
- As
soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via
email and/or SMS. - You
can use this tracking number to monitor your order status until it reaches
your doorstep. - If
you face any issues with tracking, our customer support team will gladly

5. Order Modifications & Cancellations
- Since
our products are custom-made, cancellations are only accepted within 24
hours of placing the order. - After
24 hours, your order enters the production stage and cannot be canceled or
modified. - If
you need to update your shipping address, please contact us
immediately. Address changes are only possible before the product is
shipped.
6. Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, some
circumstances are beyond our control, including:
- Courier
delays, strikes, or service disruptions. - Weather
conditions affecting logistics. - Customs
clearance delays for international orders.
In such cases, we will provide full support to track and
resolve the issue, but delivery timelines may extend slightly.
7. Packaging & Safety
- All
instruments are packaged in protective, secure boxes with
additional padding to ensure safe transit. - Fragile
instruments (like Bulbul Tarang, Banjo, etc.) are shipped with extra care,
and in most cases, we include a padded gig bag or carry case for
added protection. - If
your product arrives damaged, please inform us within 48 hours with
photos/videos so we can resolve the issue immediately.
